Winter season: Please note that arrival before 14:00 is unfortunately not possible, as we cannot offer luggage storage or parking on site before check-in. Please use the nearby Silvretta car park if you arrive in Ischgl earlier.

Should an in-house parking space already be available upon an earlier arrival, we will gladly provide it for a fee of € 15,– per car and day. The same applies on the day of departure.

Silvretta Therme: In summer, tickets for the thermal spa are available directly on site and paid for there.

The cancellation conditions in accordance with AGBH 2006 apply.

Summer season:
Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: free of charge
Less than 14 days before arrival: 100 % of the total amount

Winter season:
Up to 3 months before arrival: free of charge
3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40 %
1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70 %
In the last week before arrival: 90 %

In the event of a cancellation, a processing fee of € 50.00 per room is charged.
