serve, among other things, to store your settings, provide basic functions and –
following consent – to analyse the use of the website statistically or to embed
external content.
2. Consent & management
On your first visit we ask for your selection via a consent banner. Technically necessary storage is always active; Statistics (Matomo) and external media/maps (Paznaun map) are loaded only after your express consent. The legal basis for accessing or storing information that is not strictly necessary is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with § 165(3) TKG 2021). You can change or withdraw your selection at any time with future effect via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
3. Categories
Necessary
Required for the operation of the website. This includes storing your cookie choice as well as a short-lived, functional storage entry used when switching language (remembering your scroll position). These entries do not transmit any data to third parties and do not require consent.
Statistics (Matomo)
Helps us understand how the website is used. Matomo runs on our own server in the EU (stats.trisanna.at), anonymises the IP address and does not transmit any data to Google or other third parties. Loaded only after consent.
External media / maps
Enables the display of the interactive map from maps.paznaun-ischgl.com (platform: Contwise Maps / general-solutions.eu) on the “Surroundings & Activities” and “Contact” pages. When loaded, your IP address is transmitted to the provider and provider cookies may be set. Loaded only after consent.
Booking tool (feratel Deskline)
The online booking widget provided by feratel media technologies AG is not loaded automatically. Only when you actively open the booking tool is the external service (web5.deskline.net) loaded; in doing so, technically necessary cookies or session identifiers from feratel may be set that are required to process the booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Until you actively open it, no external request is made and no cookies are set by feratel.
