Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 2026
Draft – pending legal approval by Hotel Trisanna GmbH.
Hotel Trisanna GmbH is committed to making this website accessible in line with the Austrian Accessibility Act (Barrierefreiheitsgesetz – BaFG, BGBl. I No. 76/2023). This statement contains the information required by § 14 (2) in conjunction with Annex 3 BaFG.
1. Description of the service
This website presents the rooms, apartments, spa facilities, surroundings and rates of Hotel Trisanna in Ischgl. There are two ways to book or start a booking enquiry:
- the embedded online booking system feratel Deskline WebClient 5 on the Book now page and on every room detail page,
- the enquiry form as well as enquiries by phone (+43 5444 5227) and e-mail (hotel@trisanna.at).
2. Notes on using this site
- Every function can be operated with the keyboard alone; the element currently in focus is clearly outlined.
- A “Skip to content” link at the top of each page bypasses the navigation.
- The site can be zoomed to 200 % and works down to a window width of 320 pixels without horizontal scrolling.
- Image galleries that advance automatically can be stopped with a pause button; with the “reduce motion” system setting they do not start at all.
- The German/English language switch is located at the top right of the header.
3. Compliance status
This website is partially compliant with the requirements of Annex 1 (Section 3 lit. c and Section 4 lit. g) BaFG. The benchmark is the harmonised standard EN 301 549 and therefore the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. The content listed under point 4 is exempt.
4. Known limitations
- Online booking system (feratel Deskline WebClient 5). The booking widget is provided by feratel media technologies AG and rendered inside a separate area of the page that we cannot modify (shadow DOM). Its accessibility is outside our control; a conformity statement has been requested from the provider. An equivalent path is offered directly next to the booking widget – and on every room page: enquiries by phone, e-mail or via our accessible enquiry form. Such enquiries are handled with the same offers and the same conditions.
- Interactive map (maps.paznaun-ischgl.com). The map provided by the Paznaun-Ischgl tourist board is third-party content and only loads after an explicit click. The address and directions are also available as text in the same place.
- Atmospheric gallery images. Purely decorative photos deliberately carry an empty alternative text, while the gallery itself is announced as such. Images that carry information have descriptive alternative texts.
5. Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 29 July 2026. It is based on a self-assessment carried out by Web-Werk Ischgl GmbH:
- automated testing of all page templates with
axe-core(rule sets WCAG 2.0/2.1 A and AA), each with the cookie notice open and closed, in desktop and mobile viewports, - a manual keyboard-only walkthrough of the booking and enquiry paths,
- testing at 200 % zoom and at a 320-pixel viewport width,
- a spot check with the VoiceOver screen reader (macOS/Safari).
No assessment by an independent body has taken place.
