Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about your stay at Hotel Trisanna – from booking and check-in to wellness, ski passes and leisure activities in Ischgl.

What are the breakfast times?

Our breakfast is served in the breakfast room on the ground floor. In winter from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., in summer from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. There is no refund if breakfast or other included services are not consumed

When is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., check-out until 10:00 a.m. Please pay your hotel bill the day before departure.

Winter season: Please note that an arrival before 2:00 PM is unfortunately not possible, as we cannot offer luggage storage or parking facilities before check-in.

Are you in Ischgl earlier? No problem – use the nearby Silvretta parking lot and enjoy the time until check-in.

If an in-house parking space is already available for an earlier arrival, we will be happy to provide you with one for a fee of € 15 per car per day. This also applies on the day of departure.

What are the cancellation conditions?

The cancellation conditions according to AGBH 2006 apply.

Summer season:

Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: free of charge
Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: 100 % of the total amount

Winter season:

Cancellation up to 3 months before arrival: free of charge
3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40 % of the total amount
1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70 % of the total amount
In the last week before arrival: 90 % of the total amount

In the event of cancellation, a processing fee of € 50.00 per room will be charged.

Is there parking available?

One parking space in the main underground car park is included in the price per apartment or room. Parking spaces are also available in front of the building for short-term bookings.

How does the ski pass service work?

Order your ski passes easily via our reception. We prepare everything for you so that you can start directly on the slopes. Payment is made on site.

Lift operation: daily from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Is there a wellness area?

Yes, our spa area invites you to relax and regenerate. Look forward to a soothing herbal & blossom steam bath, a classic hot Finnish sauna and a gentle, circulation-friendly bio sauna.
In the Zirbenstube with three infrared loungers, you will experience deep relaxation and new vitality. The relaxation room offers a retreat for dreaming and letting go, while the fresh outdoor area is ideal for cooling off after a sauna session. Healthy refreshments await you at the vitamin bar.
The wellness area is open from 16:00 to 20:00 in winter and on request from 17:00 to 20:00 in summer.

Are there tickets for the Silvretta Therme?

The Silvretta Therme is located directly opposite the hotel – pure relaxation on over 1,000 m²! Tickets can be conveniently purchased directly at the hotel in summer.

Is there a restaurant?

There is no restaurant in the hotel itself, but we can recommend numerous excellent restaurants in Ischgl: Hotel Sonne, Hotel Eldorado, Hotel Salnerhof, Trofana Tenne, Hotel Jägerhof, Ischglerhof, Trofana Alm, Therme Trattoria, Hotel Castel, Peak and Trofana Alpin. We strongly recommend booking a table in advance.

Will my room be cleaned daily?

Your room will be cleaned for you regularly. Room cleaning is not carried out once a week. Should you still require cleaning on this day, please contact reception by 11:00 a.m. – we will be happy to take care of it.

Is there a safe in the room?

A safe is available in every apartment or room for your valuables.

Where can I find a doctor or pharmacy?

A pharmacy is located directly at the Dr. Fröch’s medical practice, opposite the Silvretta-Bahn. Telephone: 0043 5444 52000.

When does quiet time begin?

We ask that you keep quiet from 10:00 p.m. so that all guests can enjoy a restful sleep.

Can I book directly online?

Yes, you can book directly via our website. Click here to go to the form. Alternatively, you can also reach us by phone at the reception.

Is the hotel designed for children/families?

We specialize in active adults and sports enthusiasts. Families are welcome, but should know that we do not offer any special children’s facilities. However, the nearby Silvretta Therme offers activities for all age groups.

What room types and prices are available?

We offer various room types: Double room DeLuxe, Double room Standard, Single room DeLuxe, Single room Standard, Panorama Suite and apartments for 2 to 7 people. Prices vary depending on the season. We would be happy to inform you about current offers and availability.

Are there any special offers?

Yes! Our Ski Start offer (26.11. – 19.12.2025) and the Ski Finish offer (11.04. – 03.05.2026) each include 7 nights in a double room incl. breakfast from €763 per person (excluding ski pass and tourist tax).

Is there a ski school in Ischgl?

What does the Silvretta Therme offer?

The Silvretta Therme offers over 1,000 m² of water area, 1,500 m² of sauna area, a 320 m² fitness center, a spa area with an extensive range of massages and a cryo-cold chamber. There is also ice skating. Website: silvrettatherme.at

Where is the nearest ATM?

The nearest ATM is at the Raiffeisenbank directly opposite. You can find more at the Sparkasse and in the town center.

Can I set a wake-up call?

Yes, you can set a wake-up call via your room telephone. Dial 85 and then the desired time in 24-hour format (e.g. 0630 or 1940).

How can I make a phone call from the room?

Your room telephone can be used for local and long-distance calls as well as internal calls. For the reception, dial 9. For external calls, first dial 0 for an outside line. The fees are automatically assigned to the room.

Are there tennis courts in Ischgl?
