Is there parking or a garage at the hotel?

There is one outdoor parking space in front of the hotel available per room. If you would like to park your car in our underground garage, please specify this at the time of your booking as the number of parking spaces is limited. We charge a parking fee of €6.00 per day for parking in the underground garage.

Where can I get a ski pass?

Ski passes are issued at our reception.

Are there bathrobes available?

Bathrobes are provided free of charge in all rooms, apartments and holiday apartments.

Can I bring my pet to the hotel?

We have decided to no longer accept pets as a result of various complaints and difficulties. Thank you for your understanding.

What are the check-in / check-out times?

The check-in time is from 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
The room must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure. 

Where is the nearest ATM?

You can find the nearest ATM opposite our hotel.

Do you offer gluten-free or lactose-free bread rolls?

If you have special requests for bread rolls, please give your order to reception the day before by 11 a.m. so that we can cater to your requests and allergies. 

Where is the nearest bus stop?

The bus stop is situated opposite the hotel. The buses run hourly. Please contact reception if you have any questions.

Does the hotel have a bike room?

Bikes can be stored in our lockable ski cellar during the summer months.

When is breakfast served?

Our delicious athletes breakfast is from 8.00 to 10.00 a.m. every day. 

Are towels provided in the rooms?

All our rooms, suites and apartments have towels in them. 

Does the hotel provide cots and high chairs for children?

We provide cots and high chairs for children.

Can you borrow reading material at the hotel?

You can find a variety of reading material at reception for our guests to read during their day.

Can you smoke in the hotel?

Smoking is not allowed throughout the hotel. We therefore kindly ask our guests to only smoke outside. 

Does the hotel provide cleaning products?

Cleaning products are available from reception on request. 

When is reception staffed?

Our reception team is available for any questions every day between 8.00 a.m. and 10.00 p.m. 

When must quiet be observed in the hotel?

To show consideration to our guests, quiet must be observed from 10.00 p.m. 

Does the hotel have a ski room?

Our guests have the option of storing skis and ski boots in our ski room during their stay. 

Does the hotel offer a wake-up service?

We are happy to offer a wake-up call on request.

When is the wellness area open?

Our small wellness oasis is open every day from 4.00 to 8.00 p.m. 

Is the WiFi free throughout the hotel?

We provide free WiFi throughout the hotel. 

How can I pay my hotel bill?

We accept cash, debit cards (EC) and Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
